Petitioner has approached this Court under the apprehension that his house may be acquired alongwith neighboring area for extension of the Airport at Ayodhya and thus, compensation may be granted for the same to the petitioner. Admittedly, till date no steps for acquisition are taken. It goes without saying that State Government shall proceed in accordance with law whenever it requires to acquisition the same. Petitioner is at liberty to file an application, in case, he suffers any illegality at the hands of respondents at appropriate stage. Petition is disposed of.
