Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner has an alternative remedy to file a stay application in the proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case any such application is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the S.D.M. concerned expeditiously without any delay. Writ petition is disposed of.
