¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed an affidavit of compliance, which is taken on record. He has stated that in terms of the order of the Writ Court, the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 12.12.2023 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar.

¶3In view of the aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.
