Judge of this Court to act as an arbitrator and had sought his consent. The office report dated 13.12.2023 indicates that the consent has been received. Accordingly, in light of the order dated 28.11.2023, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.Z. Siddiqui (Retd.), Judge of this Court, R/o-Flat No.302, Divine Apartment, 5 Quinton Road, Quaiserbagh, Lucknow, Mob. No.9415175902, as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.Z. Siddiqui (Retd.), Judge of this Court, R/o-Flat No.302, Divine Apartment, 5 Quinton Road, Quaiserbagh, Lucknow, Mob. No.9415175902, who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed.
