Accordingly, in light of the order dated 30.11.2023, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Harsh Kumar R/o Tower-6, Flat No. 74, Alaknanda Enclave, Sector-03, Avadh Vihar Yojna, Lucknow, Mob No. 9695926197 (a Red. Judge of this Court) , as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Harsh Kumar R/o Tower-6, Flat No. 74, Alaknanda Enclave, Sector-03, Avadh Vihar Yojna, Lucknow, Mob No. 9695926197 (a Red. Judge of this Court) , who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed.
