¶2Sri Rajiv Kumar Srivastava, Additional General Manager ITI Limited, Doorbhash Nagar, Raebareli is present in person before the Court.

¶3Sri Satya Prakash Tiwari and Ms. Nidhi Singh, learned counsels for the opposite party have filed affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record.

¶4In the aforesaid affidavit of compliance, it has been categorically indicated that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

¶5Since learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, therefore, the aforesaid fact has not been disputed.

¶6Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
