¶3None appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this contempt petition nor any request for adjournment of the case has been sought. However, Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite parties is present.

¶4Sri Prabhakar Tiwari has stated that the order of Writ Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit. The illegal encroachment has been removed by the competent court. The affidavit of compliance has already been filed.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
