¶1Heard Dr. Ajai Pratap Singh Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Sri Abhishek Kumar Singh, learned State counsel.

¶2This is an application seeking cancellation of the order dated

23.05.2023 granting bail to opposite party No.2 on the ground that it is recorded in the order dated 23.05.2023 that the applicant and opposite party No.2 had appeared in person before the Court and had made a statement that they have married each other and they will get the marriage registered within a period of one week but the opposite party No.2 has turned the applicant out of her home after a week and he has not got the marriage registered.

¶3Failure of opposite party No.2 to get the marriage registered may not be a ground for cancellation of bail granted to him because the bail was not granted subject to this condition. The application for cancellation of bail is rejected leaving it open to the application to take recourse to any other remedy provided under law. (Subhash Vidyarthi, J.)
