¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel has filed affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Jauhari has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with as the direction of the writ court was to decide the representation and representation of the petitioner has been decided.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

¶5Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notice is discharged.
