¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Sri Mohit Jauhari has filed affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party no. 2, same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Jauhari has that the order of writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit as the clear recital to this effect has been given in para 7 of the affidavit of compliance. In support of the aforesaid contention the order dated 7.12.2023 has been enclosed as C.A.-1.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in this writ petition.

¶5Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notices discharged.
