¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Shishir Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider petitioner for promotion on the post of Chief Administrative Officer in Lucknow Judgeship in pursuance of letter dated 13.07.2022 issued by this Court on the administrative side.

¶3Considering innocuous nature of prayer made, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before competent authority.

¶4Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. District Judge, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority in case there is no legal impediment.
