The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents have not declared the petitioner as an examination center for the Uttar Pradesh Board High School and Intermediate Examination, 2024. The petitioner has filed his objection which has still not been decided. Considering the aforesaid, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4 i.e District Inspector of Schools, Raebareilly to decide the pending objections of the petitioner as preferred vide objection dated 25.11.2023, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition in accordance with law and the relevant rules and regulations governing the subject within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
