¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The successive petition for agitating the same cause is impermissible. This Court for the same relief sought in Writ Petition Misc. Bench No. 8238 of 2021 has already passed the order on 21.03.2021.

¶3Thus, the successive writ petition being not maintainable is, accordingly, dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition shall not deprive the petitioner of the benefit of the order already passed in Writ Petition Misc. Bench No. 8238 of 2021. . (Om Prakash Shukla, J.)
