¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to pay arrears of salary, allowance and pensionary benefits along with interest.

¶3Since addressing petitioner's grievance may entail consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Special Land Acquisition Officer (Irrigation), Sultanpur or any other authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation.
