¶1Present petition has been filed challenging the recovery notice issued in exercise of powers under Section 11A of the U.P. Agricultural Credit Act.

¶2Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the amount in terms of any OTS scheme of the respondent bank and any other benefits that may be available as an agriculturalist.

¶3In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.5 bank by filing an appropriate application who shall take a decision and inform the petitioner about the benefits that may flow in favour of the petitioner, within four weeks. The said communication shall include the amount and the breakup of the benefits extended to the petitioner, if any, within one month.

¶4Till next one month or till decision, whichever is later, the coercive measures against the petitioner shall remain stayed.
