¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1, Shri Indu Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 and Shri Ajay Vikram, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3.

¶2With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is being finally decided.

¶3Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the petitioner having retired on attaining the age of superannuation on

29.02.2020, his retiral dues with the exception of Employees Provident Fund have not been paid till date.

¶4Shri Indu Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 fairly states that all the dues as admissible to the petitioner would be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

¶5Considering the aforesaid fair statement of Shri Indu Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2, the writ petition is disposed of. It is provided that all the retiral dues of the petitioner shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order provided there is no other legal impediment.
