22.11.2023, this Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Kumar Sakena, Retd. Judge of this Court, residence of Flat No.402, Tower 12, Bhagirath Enclave Avadh Vihar Yojana, Shaheed Path, Lucknow, Mobile No.9453034870 and 9415509444 to act as an Arbitrator and decide the dispute between the parties in accordance with law.
