Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2909 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 274/2023, under Sections 366, 376, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Loni Katra, District Barabanki as well as charge sheet dated 19.10.2023 and summoning order dated 04.11.2023 and further to stay the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 2909 of 2023. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be permitted to move bail and discharge applications before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer the applications for bail and discharge before the Court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the trial Court expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order.
