¶1Case called out. Nobody is present to press the application. Sri Pragya Nand Rai, the learned AGA is present.

¶2This application is pending since 26.05.2022 without any interim order having been passed in favour of the applicant.

¶3The State has filed a counter affidavit opposing the anticipatory bail application.

¶4Law mandates that an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has to be decided within thirty days from the date of its filing whereas present application is pending since 26.05.2022.
