¶2This application was filed on 20.05.2022.

¶3The State has filed a counter affidavit on 30.07.2022 opposing the anticipatory bail application.

¶4Neither any rejoinder affidavit has been filed nor has anyone appeared to press the application.

¶5Law mandates that an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has to be decided within thirty days from the date of its filing whereas present application is pending since 20.05.2022.
