By means of the present application under Section 482 CrPC, the applicants have challenged the order dated 04.09.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur in a Complainant Case No.95 of 2023, (Patehswari Prasad vs. Bharat Bhuwal Rawat And Others). A perusal of the impugned order dated 04.09.2023 annexed as Annexure No.5 to the present application itself reflects that the same is a reasoned and speaking order accept regarding the date of incident which appears to be typographical as in the complaint case it has been indicated as 29.01.2023 Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
