¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) To Issue a Direction, Order or Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding thereby to the Opposite Party No.- 1 to issue an official letter to the Director, Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi to take and conduct investigation of Case Crime/F.I.R. No. 0754 of 2023, Dated 19.11.2023 U/Ss-302/201 of IPC, Police Station Dhaurahara, District-Kheri, U.P..

(ii) To Issue a Direction, Order or Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding thereby to the Opposite Party No.- 2 to transfer the Case Crime/F.I.R. No. 0754 of 2023, Dated

19.11.2023 U/Ss-302/201 of IPC, Police Station Dhaurahara, District-Kheri, U.P. to another independent investigating agency for its Fair investigation so that innocent persons i.e. petitioner may not suffer any harassment."

¶3It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the informant in the F.I.R. lodged by him on 19.11.2023, under Sections 302/201 IPC, P.S. Dhaurahara, District Kheri but the police is not properly investigating the matter therefore, he has filed this petition praying for transfer of investigation.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the arguments has placed before this Court page 32 of the paper book, which is an application that has been made by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, District Kheri.

¶5This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Kheri, the opposite party No.2 to look into grievance of the petitioner and pass a detailed, reasoned and speaking order within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
