The petitioner no.1 is present today, he has been identified by his counsel. He has produced before this Court Bank Draft of Rs.20,000/- as directed by this Court in its conditional interim order. The respondent no.4 is present in person alongwith her counsel and she says that initially Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. notice was issued by the Investigating Officer, and thereafter, charge sheet has been prepared because the petitioners did not cooperate in the investigation. This Court has perused the F.I.R. and finds a cognizable offence to be made out. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
