This Court vide order dated 14.12.2023, directed the learned AGA to seek instructions in the matter granting interim protection to the petitioner. In compliance of the order dated 14.12.2023, learned AGA has produced before this Court instructions sent by Sub Inspector Sudhakar Yadav, P.S. Jahangeerabad, District Barabanki, wherein it has been stated that charge sheet No. 256 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 has been submitted to the Circle Officer concerned against one Jamal, whereas investigation is going on against Anas @ Alam @ Mohd. Alam. This Court also finds from the instructions that 220 grams of morphine was recovered from Jamal who has named one of his friends and an accomplice.
