The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for the following main relief:- "That for the facts, reasons and circumstances narrated in the accompanying affidavit it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the impugned non bailable order dated 13.12.2023 issued by the Learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Lucknow, in Sessions Trial No. 1009/2022, (State Of U.P Vs. Anit Kumar Srivastava) in Crime No. 487/2020 Under Sections:- 352, 504, 506 I.P.C, and 3(2) (va) SC/ST (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, At Police Station-Gomti Nagar, District-Lucknow." In view of the facts, as stated by the learned counsel for the applicant, that the applicant has already availed the remedy available to him under Section 14-A of the SC/ST Act, this Court is of the view that present application assailing the consequential order is not maintainable. Accordingly, the application is dismissed with liberty to applicant to prefer an appropriate application in the pending appeal.
