Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to relieve petitioner in pursuance of transfer order dated 22nd January, 2023. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 22nd December, 2023 submits that petitioner's date of relieving in pursuance of transfer order has already been determined is as 22nd December, 2023. In view of aforesaid statement, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in the matter and the petition is therefore consigned to record without any adverse effect on benefit already accrued to petitioner.
