Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to treat petitioner at part as government servants on the post of Revenue Amin on the date of his initial appointment on 8th April, 1983 in the light of judgment and order dated 13th January, 2023 passed by this Court in writ A No. 772 of 2020. It has been submitted that petitioner is similarly situated to the aforesaid persons and for his grievance, he has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. Collector/District Magistrate, District Bijnor. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order within with period of eight weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
