Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1 to 4. No notice be issued to respondent no. 5 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. The instant writ petition has been filed praying for following main reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the opposite party no. 4, the District Inspector of Schools, Amnbedkar Nagar to get adjusted the two surplus Assistant Teachers in Trained Graduates Grade (L.T. Grade Science Teachers) in some other educational institution of the District and also appoint the Assistant Teachers in Trained Graduates Grade (Hindi & Home Science) in Laxmi Kunwari Inter College Tarakala, Ambedkar Nagar." In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioner submits a representation within two weeks from today before respondent no.4 then respondent no.4 shall endevour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and the relevant rules within a further period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation along with certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim set forth by the petitioner.
