¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to institute the same afresh by enclosing all the relevant material and stating the contribution on his part made in furtherance of the public cause sought to be agitated through this writ petition
