¶1Heard Shri Abhishek Yadav, learned counsel for applicant as well as Shri Asif Khan, learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submits that he does not want to press the present bail application and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file afresh.

¶3Learned A.G.A for the State has no objection.

¶4Accordingly, the bail application is rejected as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
