Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits there is a statutory efÏcacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner under section 35(2) of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 against the order dated 29-10-2023 and therefore, the instant writ petition is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner could not rebut the aforesaid submission. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum by agitating correct remedy. OfÏce is directed to return the certified copies of the orders, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after procuring the photocopies of the same on record.
