Present writ petition is filed by petitioner for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/District Magistrate, District Barabanki to decide the appeal/representation dated 02.12.2023. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case aforesaid appeal/representation of petitioner is considered and decided in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the same. In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2/District Magistrate, Barabanki/Chairman, District Level Settlement/Monitoring Committee, Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojna, to decide the aforesaid appeal/representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, within period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
