¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent no.2 & 3 and learned Standing Counsel for State..

¶2Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that respondent no.2 may be directed to decide the representation dated 08.12.2023 moved under Section 25 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (annexure no.1 to the writ petition).

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid representation in a time bound manner.

¶4Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, respondent no.2 Chairperson, U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Naveen Bhawan, Rajya Niyojan Sansthan is directed to decide the representation dated 08.12.2023 filed by petitioner in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible say within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him. Meanwhile, it shall be open for petitioner also to move appropriate stay application before respondent no.2 which shall be considered and decided by him in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of moving of such application.
