¶1The counsel for the petitioner states that arising out of the dispute in between the same parties, the petitioners have already approached the Allahabad High Court.

¶2In view of the objection raised by the counsel for the respondents, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Allahabad High Court.
