¶1The present petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order of cancellation of fair price shop.

¶2It is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that an appeal is prescribed against the said order.

¶3In view of above, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of three weeks from today. In case, such an appeal is filed, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay and the same shall be decided on merits with all expedition.
