Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents. Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he is having an injunction order dated 01.02.2020 in Regular Suit No.282 of 2020 from the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gonda and he has also filed a contempt for violation of the order by the private respondents and other persons who are violating the order. Despite the same no action is being taken by the police and other administrative authorities to ensure compliance of the order. It goes without saying that the Civil Judge (J.D.) concerned has sufficient power under the law to pass appropriate direction with regard to defendants in the suit as well as to the administrative and Police authorities to ensure compliance of the same. In view thereof, petitioner is permitted to move appropriate application for any further direction that he may so desires before the Civil Judge concerned. In case any such application is filed, the Court concerned shall proceed to decide the same without any delay. It also goes without saying that the administrative and Police authorities are bound to give effect to the orders passed by the Court concerned.
