¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for payment of medical reimbursement amounting to Rs.2,17,967/- which was incurred by petitioner earlier.

¶3Learned State counsel on the basis of instructions submits that petitioner's representation with regard to medical reimbursement papers are pending consideration before opposite party no.2 and shall be decided expeditiously.

¶4In view of aforesaid opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Rural Development, Lucknow U.P. or any other competent authority is directed to take a final decision with regard to medical reimbursement of petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.

¶5In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid reimbursement, the same shall be made within a period of six weeks thereafter.
