¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

¶2This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite party no.3 to take ensure free, fair and transparent investigation of the case crime no. 0284/2023, U/S 376-D,506 I.P.C. at Police Station - Khairighat, District-Bahraich.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the naturgA commanding and directing the opposite party no.3 to change the investigative officer of the above said case immediately MANDAMUS to change the

(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the opposite party no 3 to arrest the opposite party no.4."

¶3Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Sub Inspector Ram Pravesh Yadav, P.S. Khairighat, Bahraich wherein it has been stated that final report No.51 of 2023 dated

04.09.2023 has been submitted to the Circle Officer, Mahsi, District Bahraich.

¶4The instructions are kept on record.

¶5The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
