Khatoon Nisha & Others vs. Mohd. Shareef) under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. pending in the court within a stipulated period. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to decide the said case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
