¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to renew the arm license no.1017 dated 09.12.2008 for D.B.B.L. 12 Bore of the petitioner"

¶3Considering the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
