¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2The present petition has been filed challenging an order of cancellation of fair price shop dated 16.12.2023.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel states that against the abovesaid order, an appeal is prescribed.

¶4Sustaining the said objection, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file an appeal and in case, such an appeal is filed, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of the appeal along with certified copy of this order.
