the respondent/Bank has rejected the representation of the petitioners for restructuring the cash credit loan amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Bank has wrongly rejected the representation of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank submits that these are technical commercial financial matters and it is the discretion of the Bank to act as per its policy. There is no violation of the policy pointed by the petitioner. Since these are technical commercial financial matters, this Court has no jurisdiction to interfere.
