This petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking the direction for expeditious disposal of Criminal Revision No. 79/2023: Amreesh Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and others) pending before the Court of District and Session Judge, Gonda within stipulated time. Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, say within a period of six months from today without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
