Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that respondents have wrongly demolished her house. Learned Counsel for the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow has raised a preliminary objection that the land is of Charagaah, which is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further submitted that in the garb of sale deed the petitioner has occupied the land bearing Gata Nos.44-Sa and 179-Sa/0.2280, Hardasi Khera, Chinhat, Lucknow. Since there is a dispute with regard to identification and ownership of the property in dispute, appropriate remedy is available to the petitioner to file a suit before the appropriate Court in accordance with law.
