30.05.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No.44 in Execution Case No.23 of 2021(Mohd. Razi versus Smt. Kanees Mirza), which has been passed for execution of the judgment and decree dated 26.02.2021 passed in Regular Suit No.2929/2019. As admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, in pursuance of the impugned order, the judgement and decree passed in Regular Suit has been complied and the petitioner has been evicted. He also admits that the revision has been filed by the petitioner against the original decree passed in Regular Suit and he has not got any relief till date.
