¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that the Hospital, which is situated on a highway in District Unnao had to be closed down due to widening of road and thereafter, the petitioner has shifted his medical equipments and medicines to another house, which has been sealed.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already moved an application on 12.12.2023 before respondent no.4-Chief Medical Officer, Unnao for grant of licence to run the Hospital in the said new premises and thereafter reminders and further documents are also submitted. He submits that the same is under consideration before the Chief Medical Officer, Unnao.

¶4Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.4-Chief Medical Officer, Unnao is directed to decide the aforesaid application moved by petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him. It shall be open for the petitioner to also move an application for desealing of the property in question, which shall be considered and decided by the Chief Medical Officer, Unnao within the aforesaid period.
