¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Shobhit Mohan Shukla, learned counsel for the RERA Authority.

¶2Admittedly, the matter is pending before the RERA Authority, which is to hear the parties and thereafter, determine the amount to be paid by respondent no.4 to the petitioner.

¶3Since all the disputes are still pending before the RERA Authority, which has already fixed the matter for 27.12.2023, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the same. However, it is expected that the RERA Authority shall decide the matter on the next date fixed or thereafter within a period of two weeks in accordance with law.
