Petitioner has approached this Court against the demand letter dated 28.07.2022 whereby electricity dues are demanded. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to file an application under the O.T.S. scheme being run by the Department. Ms. Aprajita Bansal, learned counsel for the respondent/Corporation has no objection to the same. She further states that permanent electricity connection has already taken place. Considering the aforesaid, petitioner is permitted to move an application under O.T.S. Scheme. In case any such O.T.S. application is filed, the respondent no.2/Executive Engineer, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Rae Bareli, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties concerned to pay the due amount by
