¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court for a mandamus directing respondent-Power Corporation to provide a new electricity connection to the petitioner.

¶3Learned counsel for respondent-Power Corporation states that in case petitioner provides an indemnity bond/security as per the provisions of the Act, electricity connection shall be provided to her.

¶4Learned counsel for petitioner states that the required indemnity bond/security would be submitted by petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. In case such indemnity bond/security is submitted by petitioner, the respondent-Corporation shall provide the electricity connection to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date, such documents are provided by petitioner.
