¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for release of pension, gratuity and all other retiral dues admissible to father of petitioner late Sudhir Kumar in view of fact that he passed away on 02.10.2020. Interest thereupon has also been claimed.

¶3Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation with regard to aforesaid grievance before opposite party no.5 i.e. District Inspector of Schools, District Raebareli along with other concerned authority who shall consider and decide petitioner's claim within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation. In case petitioner is found entitled for aforesaid benefits, payment of the said benefits shall be ensured within six weeks thereafter.
